The NBA Glue Free Agency Extravaganza, Part 2

Let's dive back in and finish off the top 10...

6. Anderson Varejao, F, Cleveland Cavaliers
He's a lot like Andres Nocioni: willing to dive across the floor and battle bigger players down low for the ball. He provides energy, and does a nice job both on the defensive end and with rebounding. The Cavs are undoubtedly planning on re-signing him, but look for a number of GMs to at least take a look.

7. Grant Hill, G/F, Orlando Magic
Yeah, he's the oldest of the bunch, but Grant Hill can still provide a little something for a team. First of all, he can score. His midrange game is great and he can get to the basket with ease, even at the age of 34. His defense is great, too, and he would be a nice veteran piece for one of the league's younger teams.

8. Luke Walton, F, LA Lakers
Walton will likely be staying with LA, due mostly to his useful work in the triangle offense. His passing abilities are advanced for a player his size (6-8), and he rebounds fairly well for a small forward. He'll give teams a triple-double threat who can do whatever coaches desire on the court.

9. Jason Kapono, G/F, Miami Heat
There's really only one word you can use to describe Jason Kapono: sharpshooter. He broke out in a big way last season, leading the league with an unbelievable 51.4% three-point percentage. In fact, Kapono was dangerously close to entering a group that includes only Larry Bird and Steve Nash, in which a player averages 50% from the field, 40% from the arc and 90% from the line. His shooting abilities will be highly coveted, both by Miami and by a number of other teams.

10. Matt Barnes, F, Golden State Warriors
Barnes was a nobody two seasons ago, a journeyman with no extraordinary abilities. However, last season he broke out as an athletic player with great defense and a nice outside stroke. Golden State, who just got rid of star Jason Richardson, will probably be re-signing Barnes, who plays the same position.

Yeah...The Grizzlies for 1 are looking at Andy, and they have supposedly presented him with a nice amount thats over the MLE.

Still, I expect for Danny to resign him. His offense needs major work, and we all know that, but he is one of the few aggressive and energetic bigs in the league.
